The reason for this is that as they reduce their intake of calories their body metabolism slows down to preserve energy and remains in this state of low metabolism when the diet is stopped, resulting in a slower rate of burning the calories that they ingest as part of the food they eat. This eventually leads to weight gain as the calories gained are more than the calories burned.

Thus it would be safe to say that healthy weight loss is only possible through a balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits coupled with a regular exercise routine.

People will try almost everything to reduce weight, & that includes stop eating food for long periods of time. Starved yourself to reduce weight is not healthy or safe, but fasting weight loss can be effective & healthy.

Tip 1: be smart with what you consume. When you’re using a fasting weight loss plan your diet is restricted only to the very important nutrients you require to survive on a daily basis.

Tip 2: it takes self control & discipline. A fast is possibly the strictest way of reducing weight you’ll ever practice. It takes implausible self-control, & a great deal of discipline.

Tip 3: there’s no disgrace in tapping out. At times a fast is just not for every person, & there is no embarrassment in admitting that you’re not capable to stay with it. Don’t stay with a fast at the cost of your own healthiness, & if you feel that something is not correct while doing your fast then get to a physician immediately.
